Fix common problems

Login, invoices, payments, imports, and odd screens—plus four things to tell support.

I cannot log in

Use the forgot password or recovery links on your login page. Ask your shop admin to reset access if you still cannot get in. Marketing contact forms cannot reset your login. That path is for sales and demos.

Two-factor or code problems

Start from your workspace login page. Ask your admin if a device was lost. Do not share codes in chat. Do not forward codes by email to strangers.

Invoice will not send

Check the customer email. Check that your shop’s send settings are on. Try one test invoice to yourself. Note the time if it still fails so support can search logs.

Payments will not set up

Payment tools depend on your country and plan. Ask us what is live for you before you bank on a rail. Do not promise customers a method that is not confirmed in writing.

Import failed

Start with a small clean file. Fix duplicate phones and emails first. Then try again with fewer rows. Huge dirty files fail for predictable reasons.

The screen looks wrong

Check the date range. Check which branch or location is selected. Refresh once. If it still looks off, tell support with the four facts below.

Tell support these four things

  1. Your workspace name or URL (never your password)
  2. Which screen you were on
  3. What you expected vs what happened
  4. About when it happened

Keep going

Read one related resource after this page. Practice on a quiet day before a busy day. Write down the one rule that would have prevented last week’s confusion. Share that rule with your supervisor. Review it on Monday with your sales and cash numbers. Small habits beat big launches.

If you need live practice screens, open /demos. If you need setup order, start with getting started with BizPlusX. If you need help routing, use the support guide. Stay plain. Stay calm. Ship the next small step.

Owners who win the first month keep meetings short and lists short. They invite people only after practice. They turn modules on only after the floor trusts the first path. That is the BizPlusX way of growing without drama.

Come back to this page when a new hire joins. Hand them the same words. Consistency is kinder than cleverness when cash and customers are on the line. Ask your team what felt unclear. Update one sentence. Leave the rest stable for a month so training can stick.
