Getting started with BizPlusX

A three-day first-week plan for owners—profile, staff practice, and your first invoice.

Who this is for

Owners and ops leads rolling out BizPlusX in the first week—before you invite the whole team.

Day one — foundation

  • Create company profile, tax settings, and default payment terms
  • Load a small test catalog (10–20 SKUs or services) so training matches real screens
  • Confirm currency and receipt footer text with finance

Day two — people and practice

  • Add two staff accounts with different roles (cashier vs supervisor)
  • Run five practice sales and one refund on /pos or your station
  • Verify stock or service lines update in /backoffice

Day three — money path

  • Send a sample invoice to your own email
  • Check totals, tax lines, and due date with your accountant
  • Export one sales report and agree on a weekly review time

Before you call it live

If any step felt fuzzy, fix it on paper before adding more users. A calm pilot beats a heroic launch weekend.
